These terms apply when you use KidStarCandy.com or send a commercial enquiry to KidStarCandy or KidStar Food (“KidStar”, “we”, or “us”). By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and for legitimate business sourcing purposes.
Website purpose
The website provides general information for confectionery sourcing, private label planning, packaging review, sampling, and export enquiries. Website content is not a binding offer, guarantee, certification, or professional legal, regulatory, or food-safety advice.
Quotations and project confirmation
Prices, minimum order quantities, production capacity, lead times, freight, duties, payment terms, specifications, packaging, document availability, and market suitability depend on the product and project. They are subject to written confirmation in a quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, contract, or other document issued for the specific project.
A website enquiry, sample discussion, shortlist, or preliminary reply does not create an order or reserve production capacity. If a project document conflicts with general website information, the later written project document controls for that project.
Samples and product information
Samples and images are for evaluation and may differ from final production in colour, flavour, texture, weight, packaging, artwork, or other details. Final specifications and approval criteria must be confirmed in writing before production. Availability and sample charges, shipping, import clearance, and review timing also depend on the project.
Buyer-provided content
When you upload or send artwork, trademarks, images, formulas, specifications, labels, documents, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to share and use them for the requested project. You remain responsible for checking market-specific claims, translations, barcodes, importer details, and regulatory requirements unless a written project agreement expressly assigns a task to KidStar.
Do not send confidential or sensitive information until the intended use and receiving party are clear. We may decline content or requests that appear unlawful, infringing, unsafe, deceptive, or outside the services we can support.
Intellectual property
The KidStar names, logos, website design, text, and original site materials are owned by KidStar or used with permission. You may review and share website links for internal sourcing evaluation, but you may not reproduce substantial site content, misrepresent an affiliation, or use KidStar branding without permission. Buyer-owned materials remain the buyer’s property, subject to the limited use needed to evaluate and perform the requested project.
Site availability and external links
We try to keep the website useful and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item remains current. The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp or analytics and opt-out tools. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices, and KidStar is not responsible for their independent content or availability.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KidStar is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website content or for indirect losses caused by website interruption or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms when the website or commercial process changes; the latest version and update date will appear here.
